Pura Brasa @ PLQ 1 - Expands to the East with Josper-Grilled Spanish Specialities

PuraBrasaPLQ-39

Barcelona-born Spanish charcoal-grill concept Pura Brasa has expanded to the East with its second Singapore outlet at PLQ 1, nine years after its international debut at Tanjong Pagar. Known for its signature Josper charcoal oven, the restaurant brings together Spanish tapas, charcoal-grilled meats and seafood, and traditional Spanish rice dishes in a casual, convivial setting.

The new outlet places a greater emphasis on tapas and sharing, making it a neighbourhood dining destination for gatherings with friends and family. Diners can look forward to 20 tapas dishes, a mix of familiar favourites and new creations, alongside PLQ-exclusive signatures that showcase the restaurant's charcoal-grilling techniques.

Limited-Time $5 Opening Specials

To celebrate the opening, Pura Brasa PLQ Mall is also offering a Limited-time $5 Opening Promotion. Available daily from 3pm during restaurant operating hours, diners can enjoy their first selected tapas dish or drink for just $5. The selection includes Ibérico Pork Collar Satay, Chicken Wings, Spanish Omelette, Croquetas, Crispy Potatoes, Baba Ganoush, Broccolini and Sweet Corn. Selected drinks, including house-pour red or white wine and Spanish pale lager Estrella Galicia, are also available under the promotion.

PuraBrasaPLQ-5
Chef's Abuela's Beef & Pork Meatballs 4.2/5

A comforting start to the meal, Chef's Abuela's Beef & Pork Meatballs ($18) features handmade beef and pork meatballs served with seasonal mushrooms and crispy potato cubes. The name "abuela" means grandmother in Spanish, and the dish certainly evokes the kind of homely cooking associated with a family kitchen.

The meatballs were soft and tender, with a pleasant balance of beefy and pork flavours. They were generously coated in a savoury tomato-based gravy that brought everything together without being overly heavy. The mushrooms added an earthy dimension, while the crispy potato cubes provided a contrasting texture. It was a hearty, comforting tapas dish that offered a taste of traditional Spanish home cooking.

PuraBrasaPLQ-11
Josper-Grilled Iberico Pork Collar Satay 4.2/5

One of the more interesting tapas offerings was the Josper-Grilled Ibérico Pork Collar Satay ($16). The Cajun-spiced pork collar skewers are grilled in the restaurant's signature Josper charcoal oven, which imparts a distinctive smoky aroma and appetising char to the meat.

The Ibérico pork collar was tender and juicy, with its natural marbling keeping the meat moist while delivering a rich, savoury flavour. The Cajun seasoning added a gentle layer of spice, while the tangy Indonesian peanut sauce provided a sweet and nutty counterpoint. Finished with crispy fried shallots, the skewers offered an enjoyable combination of smokiness, savouriness and crunch.

PuraBrasaPLQ-16
Josper-Grilled White Sweet Corn 4.5/5

For a vegetable-forward option, the Josper-Grilled White Sweet Corn ($19) showcases how charcoal grilling can transform a seemingly simple ingredient. The corn is grilled over high heat until lightly charred, developing a smoky aroma while retaining its natural sweetness and juicy bite.

Served with savoury Cajun butter, the corn had a richer flavour profile, with the buttery seasoning complementing the kernels' sweetness. The charred edges added another layer of flavour, making this a worthwhile sharing plate for those who enjoy grilled vegetables.

PuraBrasaPLQ-22
Josper-Grilled Broccolini 4/5

The Josper-Grilled Broccolini ($20) is another vegetable dish that benefits from the restaurant's charcoal-grilling technique. The broccolini is grilled until it develops a rustic char while retaining a pleasant bite, with smoky notes that enhance its natural earthy flavour.

It is served with romesco sauce and escalivada emulsion. The romesco, a classic Catalan sauce traditionally made with roasted peppers, tomatoes, nuts and garlic, brings a nutty, savoury and slightly tangy character to the dish. Together with the smoky broccolini, the sauces add depth and complexity, making this more than just a simple side of greens.

PuraBrasaPLQ-29
Octopus Leg 4.2/5

For seafood lovers, the Octopus Leg ($38) is a signature dish worth considering. Sourced from Galicia in Spain, the thick octopus leg is grilled in the Josper oven and served with potato puree and sweet paprika. The charcoal grilling gives the exterior a beautifully browned, savoury finish while adding a subtle smokiness. Beneath the charred surface, the octopus was tender and meaty, with a satisfying bite. The smooth potato purée provided a creamy base that complemented the octopus without overwhelming it, while the sweet paprika added a gentle warmth.

PuraBrasaPLQ-34
Josper-Grilled Argentinian Striploin 4.2/5

Meat lovers can opt for the Josper-Grilled Argentinian Striploin (250g $35), served with crispy fried potatoes and house-made chimichurri. Cooked at high temperatures in the charcoal oven, the striploin develops a well-seared exterior that adds a smoky, savoury character. The intense heat helps create a flavourful crust while retaining the meat's natural juices. Paired with crispy fried potatoes, the steak makes a satisfying main course, while the chimichurri brings a fresh, herbaceous, tangy contrast that cuts through the beef's richness. The combination of grilled beef, potatoes and chimichurri is straightforward but effective, highlighting the appeal of good ingredients prepared over charcoal.

PuraBrasaPLQ-36
Iberico Pork Paella 4.2/5

One of the highlights exclusive to the PLQ Mall outlet is the Ibérico Pork Paella ($37 Medium Size), a hearty interpretation of the Spanish rice classic that puts the restaurant's charcoal-grilling expertise front and centre. The dish features Spanish rice cooked with a deeply savoury broth and topped with Josper-grilled Ibérico pork jowl, crispy pork jowl bites and allioli. The rice absorbs the flavours of the broth while picking up a subtle smoky aroma from the grilling technique. The Ibérico pork jowl adds another dimension to the dish. With its generous marbling, the pork delivers a rich, savoury flavour, while the crispy pieces provide a satisfying contrast to the softer rice. The allioli adds a creamy, garlicky finish that ties the components together.

PuraBrasaPLQ-44
Burnt Basque Cheesecake 3.5/5

For dessert, the Burnt Basque Cheesecake ($12/Slice) offers a familiar but satisfying finish. Its signature deeply caramelised top gives the cheesecake a rustic appearance, with the darkened surface contributing notes of toasted sugar and a hint of smokiness. Beneath the exterior, the cheesecake has a soft, creamy texture, with a custard-like centre that contrasts with the more caramelised edges.

PuraBrasaPLQ-48
Catalan Cream 3.5/5

Another Spanish classic on the dessert menu is Catalan Cream ($13), the traditional Catalan counterpart to French crème brûlée. The dessert features a silky custard infused with lemon zest and cinnamon, giving it a fragrant citrus note alongside gentle warmth from the spice. The highlight is the crisp layer of caramelised sugar on top, which cracks satisfyingly under the spoon to reveal the smooth custard beneath. The bright citrus notes help balance the richness of the egg-based custard, while the caramel adds a pleasant bittersweet finish.

PuraBrasaPLQIG-14

With its second Singapore outlet at PLQ Mall, Pura Brasa brings its Barcelona-born concept of Spanish tapas and charcoal-grilled cooking to the East. For those planning a visit, the limited-time $5 opening promotion offers an affordable way to sample selected tapas or drinks from 3pm daily. Whether you stop by for a few small plates or settle in for a more substantial meal of charcoal-grilled meats and paella, Pura Brasa PLQ Mall is a new option to consider for Spanish dining in the East.

Osteria Mozza @ ION Orchard - Nancy Silverton’s Cal-Italian Cooking Finds a New Home With New Pizza alla Pala

MozzaIon-1

Nearly fifteen years after first opening its doors in Singapore, Osteria Mozza is starting a new chapter with its move from Hilton Singapore Orchard to a swanky new flagship space at ION Orchard. As the only Asian outpost of celebrated American chef Nancy Silverton’s one-Michelin-starred Los Angeles institution, Osteria Mozza has long been known for its ingredient-driven “Cal-Italian” cuisine — Italian culinary traditions interpreted through the sunny, produce-forward spirit of Southern California. The new space brings a refreshed menu, including the Singapore debut of Pizza alla Pala, a Roman-style pizza designed for sharing.

MozzaIon-4

“Pala” means paddle in Italian, and these pizzas arrive in their signature long, paddle-shaped form. Baked in an electric oven instead of the wood-fired oven used at the previous Hilton location, the Pizza alla Pala has a brilliantly light, airy interior and a crisp, well-baked crust that makes it surprisingly easy to keep reaching for another slice.

OsteriaMozza12
Fungi Misti 4.5/5

We started with the Funghi Misti ($29), topped with Taleggio, Fontina, Thyme and Parmigiano Reggiano. This was one of my favourites, especially if you enjoy earthy and cheesy flavours. The generous mix of roasted mushrooms brings plenty of savoury, umami depth. At the same time, the combination of Taleggio, Fontina, and Parmigiano creates a wonderfully rich, creamy layer over the light pizza base. Fresh thyme adds a touch of woody fragrance, cutting through the richness and keeping the flavours from becoming too heavy.

OsteriaMozza18
Spicy Tomato 4.2/5

The Spicy Tomato ($24) takes a much more minimalist approach. There is no cheese here — just tomato passata, chilli flakes and Sicilian oregano. The simplicity works in its favour, letting the sweet, tangy tomato and crisp, airy crust take centre stage. The chilli brings a pleasant kick while the oregano gives it that familiar Mediterranean character. At $24, this is also one of the more approachable options if you simply want to appreciate the Pizza alla Pala itself.

OsteriaMozza24
Margherita 4/5

The Margherita ($28) keeps things classic with tomato, fior di latte and basil. The bright tomato sauce pairs well with the milky creaminess of the cheese, while fresh basil adds a familiar aromatic lift. Nothing too complicated, but sometimes a good Margherita is all you need.

OsteriaMozza29
BLT 4/5

For something more indulgent, the BLT ($32) puts a playful Cal-Italian spin on the classic American sandwich. Instead of bread, you get the same familiar combination reworked on pizza, smoky bacon and pancetta, sweet tomato confit, and peppery rucola, all sitting over an onion cream base and finished with garlic aioli. The salty, crispy meats are balanced by the freshness of the rocket and concentrated sweetness of the tomato, making this a rather fun combination.

OsteriaMozza31
Aglio e Olio 4.2/5

The Aglio e Olio ($23) is another white pizza, built on extra virgin olive oil and garlic with mozzarella and Fontina, then finished with chilli flakes and parsley. It has that familiar aglio e olio profile — garlicky, lightly spicy and savoury — but in pizza form. You can also add shrimp for an additional $15.

OsteriaMozza36
Fennel Sausage 4.5/5

Our table’s favourite was the Fennel Sausage ($32). Made with panna, mozzarella, red onion and scallion, it comes with a creamy white base instead of tomato sauce. The fennel-spiced pork sausage adds a savoury, slightly sweet spice that works particularly well with the richness of the cream and mozzarella. The thinly sliced red onion and scallion provide just enough freshness to keep the pizza balanced. Definitely one I’d order again.

OsteriaMozza8
Mozzarella di Bufala & Condimenti 4/5

Beyond the pizzas, the Mozzarella di Bufala & Condimenti ($38) is a staple from Osteria Mozza’s famous Mozzarella Bar. A generous ball of fresh buffalo mozzarella arrives with basil pesto, salsa romesco, black olive tapenade and caperberry relish, alongside warm grilled sourdough. The mozzarella is wonderfully soft and milky with a subtle sweetness, and the four condiments allow you to change up each bite. The pesto brings freshness, romesco adds smoky nuttiness, while the black olive tapenade is deeply savoury and briny. The caperberry relish provides a sharper hit of acidity, cutting through the richness of the cheese. With the warm sourdough on the side, this is an easy starter to share.

OsteriaMozza1

OsteriaMozza38
Chicken Parmigiana Piadina 4.5/5

For lunch, the Chicken Parmigiana Piadina ($29) puts an Italian-American spin on the classic chicken parm. The warm piadina is lightly charred, stuffed with a crispy chicken cutlet, melted mozzarella, and Parmigiano, then finished with a creamy, tomato-rich alla vodka sauce. It is hearty, cheesy and comforting, with the crisp chicken providing a nice textural contrast to the soft flatbread and melted cheese. It comes with a choice of shoestring fries or insalata verde.

OsteriaMozza9
Grilled Harissa Shrimp 4.2/5

The Grilled Harissa Shrimp ($30) brings a more Mediterranean-influenced touch to the table. Plump tiger prawns are grilled shell-on, giving them a lovely smoky char while locking in their natural sweetness. They are coated in fragrant harissa oil and served with garlic confit, roasted tomatoes and a thick slice of toasted crostone. The best part is probably what happens underneath the prawns. As the juices, harissa oil, garlic confit, and sweet roasted tomatoes mingle, the toasted bread soaks it all up. It is messy in the best possible way and makes the crostone impossible to leave behind.

OsteriaMozza25
Mafaldine 4.2/5

For pasta, the Mafaldine with Ragù Bolognese ($26) is pure comfort food. The mafaldine has beautifully ruffled edges that hold onto the slow-cooked ragù. The meat sauce is rich and hearty without being overly heavy, balancing savoury meatiness with tomato acidity. Finished with a generous shower of aged Parmigiano Reggiano, this is the sort of pasta that feels familiar and satisfying from the first bite.

OsteriaMozza33
Squid Ink Casarecce 4/5

The Squid Ink Casarecce ($28) takes things in a completely different direction. The pasta is tossed in a glossy red wine butter sauce enriched with squid ink and finely chopped cuttlefish. Garlic provides the savoury backbone, while jalapeño and a squeeze of lemon bring a welcome brightness. Despite the richness of the butter and squid ink, the citrus and gentle heat keep the dish lively rather than overly heavy.

OsteriaMozza4
Sweet Potato 4.2/5

There are also plenty of vegetable sides worth ordering to balance the richer dishes. The Sweet Potato ($18) is particularly interesting. The Japanese sweet potato is roasted until tender and naturally caramelised, then paired with scallion sour cream and crisp fried prosciutto. The sweet, buttery potato, tangy cream and salty crunch of the prosciutto make for a surprisingly addictive combination.

OsteriaMozza2
Roasted Heirloom Carrots 4/5

The Roasted Heirloom Carrots ($12) come with chickpeas, red onion, cumin and a bright dressing. The carrots are roasted until tender and naturally sweet, while the chickpeas add a pleasant bite and nuttiness. The dressing’s acidity lifts the dish and makes it a useful counterpoint to richer mains.

OsteriaMozza15
Grilled Broccolini 3.5/5

The Grilled Broccolini ($18) is simply grilled over high heat until lightly charred while retaining a good crunch, then tossed in a sharp Dijon vinaigrette. The smoky char works nicely with the tangy mustard dressing, making this another refreshing side alongside the pastas and meats.

OsteriaMozza20
Pork Chop Milanese 4.2/5

For something more substantial, the Pork Chop Milanese ($45) is a classic choice. The pork chop is pounded thin, breaded and fried until golden and crisp, while the meat inside remains tender. It comes simply topped with wild rocket and cherry tomatoes, whose peppery, acidic notes cut through the richness of the fried crust.

OsteriaMozza41
B.T.S 4.5/5

And of course, dessert has to end with the cult favourite Black Truffle Sundae, or B.T.S. ($16). This is definitely not your usual sundae. Smooth Madagascan vanilla soft serve is topped with warm brown butter infused with black truffle, then finished with crispy buttered breadcrumbs and a touch of sea salt. The combination sounds unusual on paper, but the sweet, salty, buttery and earthy flavours come together surprisingly well. The warm brown butter melts into the cold soft serve, while the toasted crumbs provide a satisfying crunch. The truffle is present without completely overpowering the dessert.

MozzaIon-5

With its move to ION Orchard, Osteria Mozza gets a fresh new home while building on what has made the restaurant a familiar name in Singapore’s dining scene for almost fifteen years. The introduction of Pizza alla Pala is a welcome addition, with its light, airy crust making it an easy format to share across the table. From pizzas and handmade pastas to its iconic mozzarella bar and playful desserts, the new Osteria Mozza continues to capture Nancy Silverton’s Cal-Italian approach — generous, ingredient-driven food best enjoyed together.

Casa Mori @ Dempsey Hill - Where Mod-Sin Meets Spanish Soul

CasaMori8

Tucked within the verdant enclave of Dempsey Hill, Casa Mori presents itself as more than just another dining destination — it is a thoughtfully curated lifestyle concept that invites diners to slow down and savour the moment. Drawing from the Spanish word Casa (home) and the Japanese Mori (forest), the space beautifully embodies a harmony of warmth, nature, and understated elegance. Just minutes from the city centre, it offers a tranquil escape ideal for lingering brunches, relaxed afternoons, and intimate dinners.

At the heart of Casa Mori is a compelling culinary partnership between Chef Willin Low — widely regarded as the pioneer of Mod-Sin cuisine — and Chef José Alonso of Kulto. Their collaboration feels organic rather than forced, weaving together Singaporean and Spanish sensibilities with finesse. The result is a quietly inventive menu, where familiar flavours are reinterpreted with nuance and intention.

CasaMori1
Iberico Secreto 4/5

The Iberico Secreto ($24 for 3pc) sets the tone for the menu’s cross-cultural dialogue. Succulent cuts of Iberico pork are grilled and glazed with an Indonesian-style satay sauce, delivering a smoky sweetness layered with nutty depth. The addition of a bright pineapple salsa cuts through the richness, lending acidity and freshness that keeps each bite balanced and moreish.

CasaMori5

CasaMori14
Kalipoquetas 4.2/5

Equally intriguing are the Kalipoquetas ($16 for 4 pcs) — a clever portmanteau of curry puffs and croquettes. Crisp on the outside and filled with a warmly spiced mixture of chicken, curry, and potato, each bite is rich and comforting. The accompanying curry aioli adds another layer of indulgence, making this a playful yet deeply satisfying reinterpretation of familiar snacks.

CasaMori9
Garlic Huajiao Prawns 4.2/5

The Garlic Huajiao Prawns ($32) deliver bold flavours with finesse. Plump, tender prawns are bathed in a fragrant sauce infused with Szechuan peppercorns, offering a gentle mala numbing sensation that builds with each bite. The confit garlic adds sweetness and depth, while the accompanying bread is perfect for soaking up every last bit of that addictive sauce.

CasaMori19
Squid Ink Fried Rice 4.2/5

The Squid Ink Fried Rice ($38) is a standout for both flavour and texture. The rice is deeply savoury and aromatic, each grain coated in umami-rich squid ink. Topped with crispy baby squid tempura, bursts of tobiko, and a luscious onsen egg, the dish comes together beautifully — crunchy, creamy, and briny elements harmonising in every mouthful.

CasaMori24
Broccolini & Brussels Sprouts 3.5/5

For something lighter, the Broccolini & Brussels Sprouts ($24) impress with its balance of texture and flavour. Charred over the grill for a subtle smokiness, the greens retain a satisfying crunch. Tossed with chilli crisp, tahini, and a squeeze of lemon, the dish delivers nutty, spicy, and tangy notes in equal measure — a vegetable dish that holds its own confidently.

CasaMori30
Black Cod 4.2/5

A more restrained yet elegant offering is the Black Cod ($38). Delicately cooked, the fish boasts a buttery, melt-in-the-mouth texture. It is paired with Chinese olive mustard leaf and Japanese takana, bringing together Teochew and Japanese influences. The interplay of subtle tanginess and umami creates a dish that feels light yet layered in complexity.

CasaMori35
Spring Chicken 4.2/5

The Spring Chicken ($36), roasted in a Josper oven, delivers comforting familiarity done right. The meat is juicy and tender, with a gentle smokiness from the grill. Served alongside a Cantonese-inspired ginger and scallion relish, the dish is lifted with aromatic freshness that cuts through the richness of the chicken.

CasaMori39
Black Sesame Cheesecake 3/5

The Black Sesame Cheesecake ($16) with coconut sorbet offers a bold flavour profile, though it may divide opinions. The cheesecake leans on the denser side, with an intense nuttiness from the black sesame taking centre stage. While the coconut sorbet provides a refreshing contrast, balancing the richness, the overall texture may feel slightly heavy for some.

CasaMori42
Churros 4.5/5

In contrast, the Mochi Churros ($16) are a delightful finish to the meal. Crisp on the outside with a satisfyingly chewy centre, they bring a fun textural twist to the traditional Spanish churro. Served with both a rich chocolate sauce and a house-made kaya dip, the latter stands out — fragrant, creamy, and unmistakably local, it perfectly encapsulates Casa Mori’s East-meets-West philosophy.

Casa Mori succeeds in creating a dining experience that feels both thoughtful and inviting. Beyond the serene setting and polished space, it is the menu that truly resonates — a seamless conversation between cultures, guided by two chefs with distinct yet complementary perspectives. The dishes are not about bold theatrics, but rather quiet confidence — flavours that unfold gently, revealing layers of familiarity and surprise. For those seeking a dining experience that encourages you to slow down, reconnect, and savour each moment, Casa Mori offers a compelling reason to linger just a little longer.

Wild Supper Club Private Dining, Focusing on Pescatarian and Vegetarian Menu

WildSupperClub17

Nestled in the Newton area, Wild Supper Club is a home private dining helmed by Chef Kyle Henderson, a Singapore-born chef with over two decades of experience, having honed his craft at Lolla and Esquina. The restaurant’s philosophy is refreshingly unpretentious — a celebration of fresh seafood, vibrant vegetarian plates, and the occasional market treasure — resulting in a menu that is ever-changing and full of surprises.

WildSupperClub3
Aged Hamachi & Apple Tart 4/5

We kick-started our pescatarian dinner with the Aged Hamachi & Apple Tart. The aged hamachi is delicately paired with apple, roasted tomato, and Ipoh pomelo, dressed in a light vinaigrette and topped with fresh chives. Served in a crispy tart shell, each bite bursts with flavour, balancing the clean-tasting fish with bright acidity and crunch.

WildSupperClub1

WildSupperClub2
Artichoke & Spinach Dip, Baked Pita Chips 4.2/5

Next came the Artichoke & Spinach Dip, accompanied by baked pita chips. Creamy, luscious, and downright addictive, the dip was a crowd favourite. It is rich in flavour yet not overly heavy, and the warm pita chips make the perfect vessel for scooping up every bit of that goodness.

WildSupperClub5
Pickled Mushroom Croquettes, Basil & Parsley Coulis 3.8/5

The Pickled Mushroom Croquettes were deep-fried to a perfect golden brown. It is crispy on the outside, packed with umami on the inside, and beautifully complemented by a fragrant basil and parsley coulis. A simple but expertly executed dish that hits all the right notes.

WildSupperClub7
Baked Pear Empanadas, Parsnip Foam, Rosemary Oil 4.5/5

A surprise standout of the evening was the Baked Pear Empanadas served with parsnip foam and rosemary oil. The sweetness of the pear, encased in a buttery, flaky pastry, was unexpectedly delightful. While empanadas are often savoury, this sweet interpretation worked beautifully and charmed everyone at the table.

WildSupperClub9
Hokkaido Scallop & Ikura Ceviche, Squid Ink Creme Brulee 4/5

The Hokkaido Scallop & Ikura Ceviche atop Squid Ink Crème Brûlée is an inventive creation that impressed both visually and texturally. The contrast between the fresh, briny ceviche and the smooth, slightly savoury crème brûlée made for a playful and memorable dish.

WildSupperClub15
Halibut, Green Nam Jim, Coconut, Saffron Pilaf, Fennel, Herbs 4.2/5

For our main, we had the Halibut, pan-seared to perfection with a lightly crisped exterior and tender, moist flesh. It was served atop a fragrant Saffron Pilaf, complemented by Green Nam Jim, Coconut Cream, Fennel, and Herbs. It is a wholesome, well-balanced dish that seamlessly combines Southeast Asian and Mediterranean influences.

WildSupperClub11
Broccolini, Shaved Grey Mullet Roe, Persian Feta Cheese, Chilli Jam 3.5/5

WildSupperClub13
Heirloom Carrots, Smoked Eggplant Dhal, Coriander Chutney 4/5

To accompany the main, we had two vegetable sides: Broccolini dressed with shaved grey mullet roe, Persian feta cheese, and chilli jam. It is a perfect blend of saltiness and heat. The Heirloom Carrots served atop smoked eggplant dhal with coriander chutney, showcasing layers of earthy and smoky flavours.

WildSupperClub20
Yoghurt Cheesecake, Lemon & Thyme Curd, Black Sesame Cone 3.8/5

Dessert began on a light note with a Yoghurt Cheesecake topped with Lemon & Thyme Curd, served in a Black Sesame Cone. Tangy, refreshing, and not too sweet, it provided a smooth transition from the savoury dishes.

WildSupperClub21
Pistachio Cake, Raspberry Relish, Vanilla Chantilly 4.2/5

We ended our meal with the Pistachio Cake crowned with Raspberry Relish and Vanilla Chantilly. Moist, nutty, and well-balanced, the pistachio flavour shone through beautifully without being overshadowed by the sweetness. It is a fitting finale to a delightful evening.
