Fruity Yu Sheng

Tossing to an abundance of wealth and a well rounded life, the Fruity Yu Sheng created by Chef Jackson consists of fresh tropical fruits like madarin oranges, peaches, rose apples, rock melon, dried persimmons, green mango and papaya. Traditional Yu Sheng is available too.

Specially at Plaza Brasserie's prosperity buffet spread, guests can look forward to the Mini Pen Cai featuring special ingredients such as fish maw, prawns, sea cucumber, sliced abalone, roast duck, chicken, pork cabbage and black moss.

Among all the beautiful desserts, the Durian Nian Gao topped with Bak Kwa caught my attention. The Durian Nian Gao tasted quite similar to those cylinder shape durian cake or lempok durian we can get from Malaysia or Thailand.
