Antoinette @ Penhas Road (Lavender) - Singapore First Chilli Crab Croissant

After the much acclaimed Salted Yolk Lava Croissant launched in early Feb 2016. Antoinette is fast to follow up with another two new savoury croissants - Chilli Crab Croissant and Scallion Arlette. This is the second series of its La Croissanterie Antoinette.

Chilli Crab Croissant

The Chilli Crab Croissant ($7.50) comes with a specially concocted rempah, house made tomato sauce and real crab meat, This is the real stuff, it tastes exactly like what you get from a zichar stall or restaurant. The sweet and spicy flavours will be loved by many Singaporeans.

Scallion Arlette

Together with the chilli crab croissant, Chef Pang also created the Scallion Arlette ($3.50). This is a French take of the traditional "Chong You Bing". This may look plain but its really packed with beautiful flavours from the spring onion and butter.

Chocolate Croissant

During the launch of the chilli crab croissant and scallion arlette, we were also give the Salted Caramel Croissant and Chocolate Croissant to try and vote. To vote which of them will be joining the La Croissanterie Antoinette series. And the winner goes to the Salted Caramel Croissant ($6).

Salted Caramel Croissant

The Salted Caramel Croissant will be launched at the Penhas outlet from 18 March 11am onwards. Mandarin Gallery and Sofitel outlet will be made available from 25 March onwards at 12pm. If you think Chef Pang is going to stop here? You are wrong. Three new flavours will be launching soon to join the the La Croissanterie Antoinette series.
