Chilli Crab Croissant

The Chilli Crab Croissant ($7.50) comes with a specially concocted rempah, house made tomato sauce and real crab meat, This is the real stuff, it tastes exactly like what you get from a zichar stall or restaurant. The sweet and spicy flavours will be loved by many Singaporeans.

Together with the chilli crab croissant, Chef Pang also created the Scallion Arlette ($3.50). This is a French take of the traditional "Chong You Bing". This may look plain but its really packed with beautiful flavours from the spring onion and butter.
