Foie Gras 4/5 and Lobster Langoustine 4.2/5

Dinner started with the duo of Foie Gras ($28) and Lobster Langoustine ($32). The duck foie gras is prepared "Au Torchon" with buttered brioche. A classic combination that works. The Lobster Langoustine ($32) cleverly used the mango to give it a nice fruity balance for the poached boston lobster and roulade.

Butter-Sealed Dover Sole Fillet 3.8/5

Next is the Butter-Sealed Dover Sole Fillet ($63) served with seared potatoes, fresh lemon, brown butter, parsley and capers. The butter definitely accentuated the flavour of the white meat. The fish itself has a lot of bones. Hence consuming it has to be eaten with care.

Grilled Milk-Fed Lamb Cutlets 4.2/5

For the carnivore, the Grilled Milk-Fed Lamb Cutlets ($46) is a must try. It is served with bell pepper ragout, polenta galette, roasted garlic and provencal olive sauce. The lamb cutlet did not have a gamy flavour and it was cooked to a nice fork tender texture.
