Braised Superlative Imperial Bird Nest with Crab Meat and Crab Roe 4.5/5
A conservation alternative of having the shark fins soup is the Braised Superlative Imperial Bird Nest with Crab Meat and Crab Roe. The premium ingredients served together in a bowl of supreme broth was delicate and exquisite. The bird nest was actually tasteless but with the sweetness of the crab meat, crab roe and supreme, it helps to carry and accentuate the flavour.
Baked Japanese Pearl Rice with Seafood and Cheese 4/5
Served in a young coconut husk with its flesh, the Baked Japanese Pearl Rice with Seafood and Cheese was very delectable with a nice aroma of the coconut infused to the rice. On the side was a piece of rice cracker topped with some diced seafood in Thai sauce. It gave the dish a contrasting texture while whetting up the appetite with its sharp Thai flavour.
Chilled Coconut Jello with Aloe Vera and Black Pearls 4.2/5
I love coconut and I applaud the concept of coconut dessert. I enjoyed the Chilled Coconut Jello with Aloe Vera and Black Pearls served in young coconut to the last scoop. Each mouthful of the refreshing jello came with surprise bites of aloe vera and black pearls giving it a nice texture enjoyment.
