Oriental Roast Char Siew Turkey 4/5
It seems that it has become a tradition for every hotel to come up with a special Turkey flavour each Christmas. This year, M Hotel is featuring the Oriental Roast Char Siew Turkey accompanied with Chestnut Stuffing. It is available for take away order too. I used to dislike eating turkey due to the toughness of the meat but nowadays the chefs seem to have found a technique to cook it to a nice moist and tender texture.
Roasted Beef Prime Ribs 4/5
The craving station caught my attention with the beautiful pinkish Roasted Beef Prime Ribs served with Port Wine Truffle Sauce. This is not to be missed.
Seafood on Ice 4/5
Seafood lovers will be rejoice in the selection of fresh seafood on ice such as Poached Boston Lobster, Alaskan Snow Crabs, Fresh USA Oyster, Prawns and others.
Barbeque Seafood 3/5
Can't get enough of seafood? There are more at from the alfresco barbeque such as Scallop, Slipper Lobster, Prawns and Salmon.
Another staple for Christmas is the Log Cake. At M Hotel, the signature is the Chempedak Log Cake which is a popular favourite for house parties and take away. After having a slice of it, I can understand why it has been a popular favourite over the years.
