Japanese Cuisine is a popular cuisine in Singapore but with the COVID-19 pandemic and circuit breaker measure by the Singapore government means we have to skip the indulgence. Well not exactly as many Japanese restaurants now delivers to your home during this period. One Japanese restaurant, En Sushi caught y attention due to its promotion during this period.

Chirashi Don

Buta Kakuni Don

An attractive promotion is the 1-for-1 Donburi. I tried both their Chirashi Don and Buta Kakuni Don. Even though it is a 1-for-1 promotion, the portion remains huge and substantial. The restaurant did not shrink the portion.

Sushi Surprise

A very nice touch from the restaurant is the Sushi Surprise which you can add a handmade postcard for extra $2 with your personal message, handwritten by their staff. The idea behind it is to send a care and surprise delivery to your loved ones.

Dine At Home During Circuit Breaker - Burger & Lobster Singapore

Around a year or so ago, the F&B scene was full of excitement when Burger & Lobster landed in Singapore. Fans of the lobster roll and burgers need not fly all the way to London to enjoy the food anymore. In fact, with the COVID-19 pandemic and circuit breaker period, you can enjoy them in the comfort of your home now.

Original Lobster Roll

The takeaway and delivery menu has a couple of different lobster rolls in it. However, I still prefer the Original Lobster Roll, which comes with chilled chunks of lobster meat tossed in their signature lemon mayo served alongside B&L's famous lemon and garlic butter.

Kale & Quinoa Lobster Salad

I am not really a salad person but the Kale & Quinoa Lobster Salad is one that I have enjoyed. I enjoyed the different textural bites from the quinoa, fig, cranberry and walnuts complemented by the balsamic dressing. It also comes with succulent lobster meat and shavings of radish.

Miso Burger

As the name of the restaurant suggests, Burger & Lobster is not just all about lobster. Its burgers are as good too. I decided to order the Miso Burger, which I enjoyed. It comes with a Nebraskan beef patty glazed with spicy miso, topped with provolone cheese and served on their signature brioche bun with a lightly spiced guacamole, kale, red chilli flakes and onion.

B&L Claw and B&L Tri-Tip Bottle Beer

With all the drinking holes closed during the circuit breaker period, you can order bottled craft beers to be delivered to your home too.
