After the sell out event in 2012, Savour 2013 returns bigger and better this year from 11 April 2013 to 14 April 2013 at the F1 Pit Building and Paddock. Like the event last year, there will be a Gourmet Village, Gourmet Market and Gourmet Auditorium seeking to thrill and tantalise the sense of foodies in Singapore and around the region.
At the alfresco Gourmet Village, you will find over 25 leading chefs and 18 award-winning restaurants serving up a global tasting trail. A plethora of food and drink exhibitors will be featured at the two storey Gourmet Market. The market also will host complimentary workshops, tastings and product demonstrations conducted by renowned experts. Not to be missed are the master classes from the best chefs around the world as well as Singapore's top talent at the Gourmet Auditorium.
This year, FIJI Water the official water at Savour 2013 will be launching an inaugural The Great FIJI Water Race at Savour 2013. To be held on Saturday, 13 April 2013 from 12noon to 4pm, the winner of The Great FIJI Water Race will walk away with the grand prize of $1,000 cash and one year's supply of FIJI Water.
The race is a fun initiative by FIJI Water to engage participants in an exciting Amazing-Race style discovery of Savour 2013. To vie for the grand prize, contest hopefuls need to complete five tasks and three optional bonus tasks to earn the most points in the shortest amount of time, while blazing their trail through photos and captions on Instagram, with the hash tag #FIJIWaterSavour2013. In addition, mini prizes including goodies like complimentary cooking demonstrations with Balzac Brasserie's Chef Jean-Charles Dubois at Tools of the Trade and delicious cupcakes from Cake Over Heels will be awarded to the first 100 participants who complete each task.
