Among the 6 high tea pairing sets, my favourite is the Lipton Blue Fruit Tea with Cheesecake (Refresh). The fruity scent of blackberry, blackcurrant, blueberry and raspberry goes perfectly with the velvety smoothy vanilla cheesecake made with fresh and luscious cream cheese on a sweet crumble base. The Lipton Blue Fruit Tea seems to have a harmonious combination with the cheesecake, enhancing the aroma and body of the tea, uplifting the enjoyment.

Established in 2012, SPR MRKT is a lifestyle food, retail and art space in the heart of the CBD at the enclave of Telok Ayer area. The self-service bistro and concept shop has collaborated with Urban landscape architect cum photographer Mr Akai Chew Hung Kai on his first art showcase featuring 2 main themes, Fine Art in Architecture and Fashion from 6 April 2013.

Mr Akai's art pieces can be enjoyed around the bistro in a relax and chill atmosphere while sipping a cup of coffee or indulging in the delectable food at SPR MRKT.

Here is a photo of Mr Akai Chew himself giving a brief speech for his Art launch at SPR MRKT.

Some finger foods were also served but there were not SPR MRKT regular items from the menu. Actually I am interested to come back for the food at SPR MRKT after knowing that the kitchen is helm by Chef-owner Joseph who has spent his formative culinary years with Les Amis Group  of Restaurants and Waku Ghin. Even Pastry Chef Furrence Hoh has also worked in some top hotels and restaurants for over 10 years. I look forward to my next visit at SPR MRKT and do keep a look out for the review.
