Earle Swensen's Restaurant @ Changi Airport T3

We went to Earle Swensen to celebrate our pantry auntie's birthday. We love her a lot. Besides cleaning up our office and work desk, she always prepare herbal tea and desserts for us. It was a huge turnout with around 50 of us celebrating her birthday at the restaurant.

Earle Swensen was having the 1-for-1 main course promotion with free salad buffet. We will supposed to form partners, so that we order the 1-for-1 main of the same price range. My partner and I ordered both salmon dishes but they turned out dry. The salad bar was nice with lots of varieties.

Killiney Kopitiam @ Purvis Street

Westerners love their jam, we in Southeast Asia loves our kaya. It is usually spread on toast and eaten as breakfast but enjoyed throughout the day. A more modern way of appreciating kaya is to eat it as a dip for french toast. A snack which I like to eat during my coffee/tea break.
