Hi I am Derrick, owner/writer at SG FOOD ON FOOT. I started blogging in 2010 to share with my readers food experience they can find near MRT stations. I started the blog because I am a foodie myself that rely on public transportation. While many food blogs review about the food of restaurants/eateries, there were not much information how we can get there. Hence the idea struck me to go a step further, with my readers in mind I will share travelling directions such as the nearest station to alight, walking directions, which bus to transfer and estimated journey time on the blog. This is how SG Food on Foot is born.
I am not a food critic or food writer and I do not see myself as one. I am just a blogger sharing my food experience to my readers. Personally I think the words themselves are self explainatory and peopel tends to put blogger in the same league as critic or writer.
I shared my love for food and my "food print" with my little Canon IXUS 120IS digital camera and Iphone 3GS when I started blogging in 2010. Lately (end Oct 2011), I got myself a Canon 600D DSLR camera. I am still new to the world of photography and still learning to take good pictures. Hope I can bring you nicer and prettier pictures in the near future.

3.8 - Rather Nice, maybe the chef has a bad day
