One of my greatest weaknesses is towards ice cream. Once I started on a pint tub, I can simply go on and finish it in one go. Leaving me feeling sinfulIy guilty. So how do I personally find Sugalight? Compared to many other ice cream places, the ice cream at Sugalight is lighter in texture and not as sweet. Without the use of cream, it is not as creamy too. Nevertheless, it seems to bring out the distinct flavour of the ingredient more. Weighting on the health benefit, the difference may be insignificant, especially for diabetic patient.
