Shun Li Fried Oyster @ Alexandra Village Food Centre

The other stall that I patron regularly at Alexandra Village Food Centre is the fried oyster stall run by an old couple. Usually the uncle will take the order and the auntie will do the cooking sitting on a tall stool. I enjoy the fried oyster from this stall as it came with a bit more eggs and not too wet.

Old Punggol Satay @ Alexandra Village Food Centre

Alexandra Village Food Centre is finally opened after renovation on 01 December 2010. It is good to see some of the old stalls are back dishing out delicious local food. One of my favourite stalls at Alexandra Village Food Centre is Old Punggol Satay. The stall is owned by Chinese so pork is available here. The stall is quite popular so do expect a long wait.

The other important highlight of the stall is the satay sauce. Unlike others, the stall added pineapple in its satay sauce which was very good and nice.

Satay 4.2/5
