Xing Seafood Steamboat @ Alexandra Village Food Centre

There are many popular stalls at Alexandra Village Food Centre. My favourite is the steamboat stall at the corner of the food centre near the car park. Besides steamboat, the stall also serves some cooked dishes. Most of the time I will order the promfret fish steamboat. I always prefer promfret to snapper for fish steamboat. The soup was tasty and came with yam, tomato, cabbage and tofu.

Shun Li Fried Oyster @ Alexandra Village Food Centre

The other stall that I patron regularly at Alexandra Village Food Centre is the fried oyster stall run by an old couple. Usually the uncle will take the order and the auntie will do the cooking sitting on a tall stool. I enjoy the fried oyster from this stall as it came with a bit more eggs and not too wet.
