Soon Heng Lor Mee @ Beo Crescent Food Centre

This is my first time to visit Beo Crescent Food Centre.There was a queue at the stall and after observing for a while I decide to give it a try. Besides the usual ingredients ranging from Ngor Hiang, deep fried wanton, braised meat and braised egg, the stall serves fish nuggets which was unique. The fish nuggets were crispy and nice addition to the lor mee. The lor mee also had a nice thick starchy gravy that went very well with the noodles.

Imperial Treasure Windows of Hong Kong @ TripleOne Somerset

The Imperial Treasure Group has added another new restaurant in the F & B scene of Singapore at TripleOne Somerset (former PUB Building). If you miss Hong Kong food, this is the place to go. The layout of the restaurant is spacious and open concept. You have to order your food from the big board at the entrance, pay and proceed to find a seat in the restaurant with your waiting number. Your food will be served to you when it is ready.

I have to say this is definitely one of the best authentic Hong Kong roast meat (烧味) in Singapore and the rice set came with salted egg. Looking at the picture itself already made me drool.
