Day 3 dinner was Hong Kong street food or what commonly known as Dai Pai Dong (大排摊). It is located somewhere near Jordan MTR station at Woosung street.

After two days of dim sum, I wanted to try something different. Was walking around Central area and came across this noodle restaurant that seem to have quite a history of noodle making from the various articles on the wall.
