Ministry of Food (MOF) @ Raffles City Shopping Centre

I did not know MOF has opened an outlet at Raffles City Shopping Centre beside Robinson taxi stand until I walk past it the other day. I was having dinner with my friends nearby Raffles City Shopping Centre and since we want to go for dessert I suggested MOF.

Love their Hokkaido Gelato ice cream, rich and creamy. The al fresco outlet right outside Robinson taxi stand is an ideal place for people watching and chilling out with your friends.

The Roti Prata House @ Upper Thomson Road

You can easily spot this place from its big yellow sign board stating that it is the best crispy prata recommended by The New Paper.

I ordered both the plain crispy prata and egg prata to try. Indeed the plain prata was crispy. However I did not enjoy it. If I am wrong it had a margarine taste which I do not like. The plain prata was also cold and hard. On the other hand, I enjoyed the egg prata as it was fresh, hot and fluffy.

To get here, take MRT to Marymount station and go to exit A. From exit A, walk about 100 metres to Upper Thomson Road. You will see a SPC petrol kiosk. Cross the road and take bus number 52, 132, 162, 163, 165, 166, 167, 855 or 980 from the bus stop. The Roti Prata House is one bus stop away.
