Marinated in fragrant aromatics for two days, the turkey is finished with cheddar cheese and fresh cream before being roasted to succulent perfection. What sets it apart is the unique pairing of Kashmiri Rice and plain Naan, offering a delightful twist to the Christmas table.
Slow-roasted Iberico Pork Belly with Crackling, Potato Gratin, Pickled Cabbage
A signature favourite, the Slow-roasted Iberico Pork Belly with Cracking, Apple Sauce & Pork Jus ($428 nett for 6-8 persons) is a showstopper.
