We have been following the strict measures by the government to stay at home during the circuit breaker. I understand we have to sacrifice a lot of social activities and family gathering, such as weekend brunch with friends and/or families. Thanks to St Regis Singapore, it has launched a Brunch Home Edition ($156 Duo for 2 Adult / + $82 Family for 2 Adult and 2 Children). You can also add a bottle of champagne for $78.

Similar to the experience you will get at the restaurant, you will receive an extensive selection of cold entrees. There are seven dishes in all. This is like bringing the buffet line to your home.

The cold entrees I received were Crab Meat Salad, Smoked Salmon with Green Asparagus, Burrata, Pate en Croute, Sushi, Selection of Charcuterie and Cheese Platter.

I could not pinpoint any favourites from the cold entrees as I enjoyed every single dishes from the cold entrees. The way to enjoy the brunch is to go slow, enjoy a glass of champagne and work slowly through each item.

As for the hot entrees, the brunch set comes with a selection of freshly baked Bread and Pan-seared Lobster. For customers that ordered the family brunch set, they will receive two more dishes - Mixed Satay and Assorted Tempura.

Moving to the mains, we had the Salmon and Beef Sirloin. The amount of food indeed is a feast for the occasion to pamper and indulgence oneself.
Dessert Platter
Of course, what is brunch without ending with some sweets? The dessert platter consists of Raspberry Pistachio Financier, Hazelnut Milk Chocolate Tartlet, Orange Mascarpone Dome and Chocolate Pralines. And there are also some seasonal fruits to wrap up the brunch experience.
