Mun Mun 满满 (The Old Stall) Hokkien Mee @ Tanjong Pagar Food Centre

Tanjong Pagar Food Centre is located on the 2nd floor of Tanjong Pagar Plaza. The food centre is quite small and cramp. It was a Saturday afternoon and most of the stalls were closed. After checking out the stalls at the food centre, I settled for a plate of Fried Hokkien Mee.

The Hokkien Mee here used a mixture of yellow noodles and bee hoon, about 50 to 50 ratio. The bee hoon is the thicker version commonly used for laksa. The Hokkien Mee also came with a lot of ingredients such as prawn, squid, fish cake and vegetable. Especially vegetable which is not common served on a plate of Fried Hokkien Mee.
