Kopi Alley @ Tanjong Pagar MRT Xchange

Those that do not use the public transport, you probably did not know that more and more eateries have opened at MRT stations. One such eateries is Kopi Alley at Tanjong Pagar MRT station. Now commuters can grab a quick breakfast on the way to work.

I didn't know Kopi Alley was opened by Jollibean until I googled on the web. It has an interesting menu that brought back childhood memories such as toast with condensed milk and milo powder. Unfortunately, I was in a rush for my appointment so I just went for the set menu.

Half Boiled Egg 4/5

Toast with Kaya and Butter 4/5

  1. It's always packed not because it's fantastic but because service is really SLOW. They should employ a younger worker and train their employees to have a "YOUNGER" mentally. The owner(s) should work out something for this outlet.

  5. Yeah just took a coffee at Kopi Alley @ Tanjong Pagar. I work in Tanjong Pagar for 12 years now till today. This is the second time I had coffee at Kopi Alley due to raining. So, no choice as I cannot go to my usual place at Tanjong Pagar Plaza. When I ordered my 'cham' the ah lian who took my ordered scolded me. She said it is 'yuan yang' and not 'cham' and the worst thing is she kept on making jokes out of it with her colleague. I remembered this is the second bad experience with the same ah lian as I just visited Kopi Alley not long ago. Sorry to say that this is the last time. Sorry for the owner who has employed this kind of employee. It is really bad for the business.
